RESOLUTE Partners L.L.C. Acquires Military Communications Center, Inc.

Southington, CT, April 17, 2008 – RESOLUTE Partners L.L.C. (RESOLUTE) is pleased to announce the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and contracts of Military Communications Center, Inc. The acquisition will add the largest Marine Corps installations on the west coast to RESOLUTE’s global network and expand its comprehensive, branch-wide Department of Defense public Internet access platform. Installations include: Camp Pendleton, 29 Palms Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Center, Miramar Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma Marine Corps Air Station, and Marine Corps Base Hawaii at Kaneohe Bay. The addition of these installations complements other RESOLUTE Marine Corps relationships on the east coast: Camp Lejeune and New River Marine Corps Air Station.
