RESOLUTE Partners L.L.C. Pleased to Announce Sale of RESOLUTE TAP Services, LLC to Vision Point of Sale, Inc.

Southington, CT, April 17, 2008 – RESOLUTE Partners L.L.C. (RESOLUTE) is pleased to announce the sale of substantially all RESOLUTE TAP Services’ assets to Vision Point of Sale, Inc. (Vision POS). ResTAP Services, formerly headquartered in New Brunswick, New Jersey, provided information technology support services consisting of maintenance, installation, and related services to the self-service technology market, including kiosks and other consumerfacing technology in a retail or other self-service environment.

According to Reggie Babcock, Chief Executive Officer of ResTAP Services, "We were very pleased to be able to conclude this transaction with Vision POS, as we think it will serve our customers well, and the transaction itself represents a successful exit event for the ResTAP Services shareholders."
