 The CZee portfolio of products for the military community
LAN and Internet computer gaming, Public Internet access, eMail and messaging, web cams, multi-media access, eCommerce and transactions, information and personal account portability. Accessed from convenient, connected locations throughout a military base including the BX/PX, recreation and community centers, in-processing areas, lodging, barracks, youth and teen activity centers and food courts. The CZee portfolio of products makes it all possible.
Our public Internet access technology, combined with a proprietary user interface, secure database and high performance computers in various configurations, allows RESOLUTE Partners to offer members of any base community all these desirable and easy to access entertainment and recreation services.
Most of our CZee locations are linked through our Data Center in St. Louis. This allows customers to use their personal accounts and stored files at different CZee locations on one base or as they move from one base to another. For example, a member account purchased and used at Keesler Air Force Base will also work at all of our locations at Ft. Knox. That's account portability.
The CZee portfolio of products includes several variations of the CZee CyberZone, CZee Hot Spots for Wi-Fi connections, and self-service CZee Kiosks for quick information and transactions. Because our hardware and software configuration is so dependable and secure, all our CZee locations in the U.S. and Germany are self-service. Our large Internet cafe installations in Kuwait are fully staffed 24 hours a day.
Your single source for support, network management and customer service
RESOLUTE Partners provides 24/7 technical support and network management for every CZee location. We monitor every computer on our network. Our first level technicians are available for on-site maintenance, but most repairs and software updates are conducted remotely from our Network Operations Centers in Connecticut and New Jersey. Often a problem will be identified and resolved before it affects a customer.
Our customer service staff handles all complaints in an efficient, timely and friendly manner. Should there be any problem or issue with one of our locations there is only one number to call.
