RESOLUTE Partners was founded in 1996 by a group of entrepreneurs interested in creating a new business capitalizing on experience in the video gaming and family entertainment center industry. Today, we're a highly regarded provider of turnkey, recreational public Internet access and LAN gaming products and services to the U.S. military community. And, through the acquisition of TAP Services in 2005, we are aggressively leveraging our experience, strengths and skills by offering services for kiosk and self-service technology solutions in the commercial business market.
The U.S. Navy Submarine Base in New London, Connecticut, was our first Internet cafe customer. We methodically added new military locations and as the business grew, we were selected by AT&T as a partner to operate Internet cafes for AAFES (Army Air Force Exchange Service) under the AT&T CyberZone name. Today, we operate many of our locations under a multi-year contract directly with AAFES and we have rolled out our exciting new CZee brand product line extension.
We provide a comprehensive set of public Internet access products and services to military installations in the U.S. and overseas, including Kuwait and Germany. Our services are available to nearly 350,000 service men and women through dozens of CZee CyberZone and CZee Hot Spot locations.
RESOLUTE Partners' secure, proprietary technology platform is used to operate and manage public Internet computers and kiosks in Internet cafés, libraries, recreation and community centers and base lodging facilities. Our network operations center in Connecticut support this extensive network of computer terminals worldwide.
Our engineered solutions employ broadband cable and satellite, wire line and wireless connectivity. We integrate proprietary payment and administration software, hardware components, software applications, security and threat control. We tie everything together with network management, technical support and customer service. To meet specific business requirements we'll engineer solutions including pay-to-use, free-to-use or a combination of both - solutions that work.
