Our History

From inception in 1997, RESOLUTE Partners has been designing, engineering, installing and maintaining advanced wired and wireless networks around the globe.

2017

  • Begins working with Housing Management Resources (HMR) and Silver Street Development, two major players in the housing management and development industries, to bring advanced networks and smart video security to their properties up and down the east coast
  • Ultra Electronics, 3eTI®, a leading cyber-technology company with products and solutions that secure critical infrastructure in industrial and government markets, announces the signing of a reseller agreement with RESOLUTE Partners. The agreement enables this leading company in internet access and data communications solutions to resell 3eTI’s entire line of certified cybersecurity products.
  • In conjunction with Johnson Controls Inc., awarded an expansion project to add an additional 65 RF locations to an existing RF network deployed in 2016 at Fort Irwin, a training center for the United States Military located in the Mojave Desert in California
  • Optimized and expanded the Vermont State House building’s Wi-Fi
  • Completed Wi-Fi network design and installation for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS) offices in Washington DC

2016

  • Announces partnership with industry leading video and analytics security software company Avigilon to bring smart video security to U.S. Military communities, multi-unit housing complexes, hospitals, office parks, public spaces, college campus dormitories, academic facilities and more
  • As part of the Four Points Technology team, is proud to announce that it has been selected to install Veteran and Guest Internet Access (VGIA) service at two additional VA medical campuses: Northampton in Massachusetts and Monterey in California
  • Completes advanced guest Wi-Fi network at the von Trapp Brewery location in beautiful Stowe, Vermont
  • Selected by Johnson Controls to design and deploy an expansive secure radio frequency (RF) network for an EMS project on an Army base in Southern California
  • Selected by Seneca Telecommunications, LLC to design, deploy and secure Authority to Operate (ATO) large EMIS network that includes residential electrical metering and secure RF connectivity on an Army installation in the upper Mid-West through the government risk management framework (RMF) security process
  • Designed and installed Wi-Fi network service at the Regional Training Institute at Camp Niantic, a National Guard training center in Groton, Connecticut
  • Designed and deployed an advanced wireless network for Vencore, a defense contractor providing information solutions, engineering and analysis to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and Federal/Civilian Agencies
  • Wi-Fi network survey and performance assessment for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS) in Washington, D.C.
  • Selected for wireless site survey at new Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Savannah, GA
  • Engineers a reliable, scalable, IP video security network for Rolling Meadows Apartment Complex in Rocky Mount, NC
  • Asset acquisition of SUMMIT Technologies, a Vermont-based company that enables and empowers wireless mobility

2015

  • Extensive deployment of Veterans Guest Internet Access (VGIA) for VA Health Care facilities throughout Northern California, Western Iowa and Nebraska
  • Expanded Internet access at additional education facilities at Fort Dix, NJ
  • Officially accepted into Connecticut’s Supplier Diversity Program

2014

  • Installed Veterans Guest Internet Access (VGIA) at the San Diego Healthcare System
  • Expanded the  Seneca Nation of Indians rural broadband network adding additional residents and businesses
  • Deployed a BYOD wireless access network and upgraded IT network for the private high school in CT
  • Deployed advanced wired and wireless Internet service in several Army training schools in Texas as part of the ACAP program

2013

  • Engineered and installed a rural broadband wireless network for the Seneca Nation of Indians on tribal land in Upstate New York

2012

  • Provide VersiWorks OSS to 190 independent coffee shops around the country as part of a retail Wi-Fi Hotspot network
  • Partnered with Gannett Government Media OffDuty+ delivering news and entertainment content to our network subscribers

2010 – 2011

  • Installed a Veterans Guest Internet Access (VGIA) Wi-Fi network for the VA Loma Linda Medical Center campus
  • Engineered and installed a high security wireless network for energy management and control at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms

2009

  • Released VersiWorksSM OSS (Operations Support System), a cloud base SAAS network management  platform for military and commercial markets
  • Created “Gift Account Donations” program for friends and family to donate Internet access to troops

2008

  • Deployed additional CZee Internet cafes in Iraq
  • Acquired MCC Military Communications to deliver CZee Internet Cafes at Marine Corps locations in US
  • Deployed guest Wi-Fi for Marine Corps lodging facilities

2007

  • Expanded Middle East presence with deployment of  the first CZee Internet cafes in Iraq

2006

  • Expanded CZee Networks to include Navy and Coast Guard locations such as NAS Jacksonville and USCG Elizabeth City

2005

  • Awarded direct military contract with AAFES for worldwide Internet Café and Wi-Fi deployment
  • Launched CZee Networks retail brand and expanded product portfoliofor military service members at home and overseas to include Internet access Kiosks and Arcade Style PC Game Units.
  • Deployed Wi-Fi Hotspots in Army and Air Force installation food courts and coffee shops
  • Received a Military Certificate of Appreciation for providing free Internet access at Keesler AFB and Camp Shelby Mississippi in the wake of Hurricane Katrina

2003 – 2004

  • Deployed11 AT&T CyberZones in Kuwait as part of the second Gulf War. Fully air conditioned portable buildings each with as many as 60 Internet enabled PCs.
  • Aggressive world-wide deployment of US CyberZones
  • Developed holiday gift card program for deployed troops in Kuwait on behalf of sponsors such as AT&T
  • Managed Internet access programs for U.S. Navy libraries and Liberty Centers

2001 – 2002

  • Created AT&T CyberZones to provide worldwide Internet access to military members through the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) for AT&T

1999

  • Blanket Purchase Agreement to deploy Internet Cafes for the US Navy in CONUS

1997

  • Established to provide Internet Cafes and PC gaming for the military community
  • Launched first Internet Café at Naval Submarine Base New London
